Raw honey simply means honey that exists naturally in the honeycomb. It has many essential micronutrients, beneficial enzymes and bee pollen. Commercial honey brands heavily process honey, which involves heavy heating and ultrafiltration. which compromises its nutritional and medicinal value. For every Buzzing Bees product, we personally visit and source our honey without involving any intermediaries. This enables us to get raw honey directly from the fields.

Natural honey doesn’t expire if stored properly. It is always recommendable to store natural honey in a glass or stainless steel container, and in a cool and dry place.
Infact, Buzzing Bees honey does not have an expiry date. But, the “Best before” date is mentioned on our products only to follow the rules of food regulations of India.

Buzzing Bees honey comes straight from the honeycomb and is manually filtered. Hence, it does not go through the processes of heating, machine filtration or reduction of moisture.

Our method to get rid of unwanted particles from the honey is to leave it standing for a day and then removed via tap.

Buzzing Bees honey is sourced from the best fields throughout Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan giving it a great deal of variety and different flavours.

We rear the Apis Mellifera bees that are known for their friendly nature, and greater production rate of honey.

Honey should be stored in an airtight glass jar. This is because, if the atmosphere is humid (RH above 48%), honey imbibes water and get fermented.

Pure honey needs to be stored in a cool and dry place. But, it should be noted that even pure honey crystallizes, so refrigerated.
